Les différentes séances dont j’ai pu bénéficier avec Laurence ont eu un fort impact émotionnel ainsi que physique.
Mes douleurs dorsales ont disparu, mes problèmes gastriques (estomac, rate…) se sont largement atténués, un bien-être, une sensation de légèreté durable. Selon les différentes techniques de massage qu’elle utilise, beaucoup d’émotions peuvent sortir, tristesse colère…Le stress s’évapore comme par magie.
Très investie dans son travail, à l’écoute et dans la bienveillance, une très belle rencontre ! Ayant pratiquée beaucoup de thérapeutes, je trouve que Laurence est une thérapeute d’un professionnalisme impeccable . Mon fils de 11 ans a aussi été massé par Laurence, une décontraction totale au point de s’en dormir!! Il en redemande. C’est bien plus qu’un simple massage!! Merci

En 2018 je me suis fait arrêter par les médecins suite à 2 arrêts cardiaque. Diagnostiqué avec un burnout et ptsd extrême. Je passe direct dans les mains des psychologues et psychiatres.
TROIS ans après ce système m’a abandonné, car les médicaments m’était pas suffisants.
J’étais à un stade extrême suicidaire.
J’ai trouvé Laurence par hasard ou peut-être pas ?
J’ai trouvé mon ange gardien.
Aujourd’hui j’ai retrouvé l’envie et plus important j’ai trouvé quelque chose plus fort, le vrai moi.
À travers les séances de somatothérapie et d’hypnose Laurence à transformé ma vie.

Un aller-retour entre la parole et le corps entre les mots et les maux sans cesse ré-inventé et renouvelé à chaque séance. La possibilité d’être accompagné puissamment pour descendre au fond de moi-même et découvrir mon propre silence intérieur, mon havre de paix, mon port intérieur. L’aide par le toucher proposée dans ce travail m’a conduit à ouvrir mon regard de milles manières et de voir l’immense simplicité des choses.

J’ai découvert Laurence par hasard … mais parfois le hasard fait bien les choses . Laurence met en totale confiance, elle est douce, absolument pas dans le jugement.. à l’écoute et de très bons conseils . Mais pas que , Laurence ma aide à guérir dans le chemin que j’ai entrepris, elle a été une étoile parmi les étoiles 🌟 ! Les rencontres de notre vie ne sont jamais le fruit du hasard et Laurence en fait parti ! Je compte même y retourner de temps en temps car il y a un bien être total en sa compagnie et de nos jours c’est un détail qui ne devrait pas en être un ! Lorsque je suis arrivée à ma première séance en somatothérapie, j’étais en fauteuil roulant, exténuée par la douleur, totalement déprimée par ce qui m’arrivait… En quelques semaines, des douleurs terribles dans les pieds m’avaient littéralement handicapée. Le parcours médical était long et fastidieux… Je savais que ce qui m’arrivait n’était pas que médical et qu’il y avait aussi une grande part de somatisation. C’est ainsi que j’ai découvert la méthode Jean-Louis Abrassart. J’avais déjà fait certaines thérapies individuelles et des pratiques de développement personnel mais j’ai été sidérée par la puissance et la justesse de cette méthode. C’est le corps qui parle et non le mental, c’est le corps qui sait et qui libère. La méthode est très douce, très respectueuse mais les libérations sont parfois intenses et surprenantes ! Chaque séance m’a apporté des bienfaits incroyables. En plus de retrouver un espace de détente et de plaisir pour mon corps, je dénouais à chaque fois quelque chose tout en consolidant la confiance, l’estime de soi et en m’orientant vers mon chemin de vie. Aujourd’hui, je marche sans béquille, j’ai retrouvé la joie de vivre et je suis en train de réaliser une reconversion professionnelle qui me correspond vraiment. Je suis ravie de ce chemin parcouru qui m’a permis de me libérer en profondeur, de faire des choix importants et je remercie du fond du cœur la thérapeute formidable qui m’a accompagnée avec douceur, force, bienveillance et humour durant un peu plus d’un an ! Très bonne expérience que ce soit l’hypnose ou la somatotherapie. Laurence est douce et bienveillante. Elle sait mettre en confiance. Les séances sont des moments de lâcher prise et de relaxation. J’y vais depuis le mois de juillet et je continue les séances régulièrement. Cela me fait beaucoup de bien !
